Product Description
The MSK100B-0400-NN-M1-BG1-NNNN synchronous servomotor provided by Bosch Rexroth has a 0400 windings code. This motor uses a plain output shaft with less possibility of damage. The product houses a shaft seal that is greased for life under normal ambient operating conditions. The device has protection class IP 65 on its flange side. The unit encompasses bearings that may fail prematurely because of reduction of grease, mechanical damage or increased wear. It is to be ensured that the shaft and shaft seal has no direct contact with the machining medium. The motor allows attaching of only those gearboxes that have a closed or oil-proof lubrication system.
The product uses a holding brake with load torque that is lesser than its minimum dynamic torque. The device is EAC Certified as well as cUL Recognized. The unit realizes heat dissipation by natural radiation to the ambient air. Its B side bearing is a fixed bearing. The motor cleanliness must be ensured all the time to avoid contamination leading to reduced heat dissipation. This product shuts down automatically after its temperature sensor senses a surface temperature of 150°C. The device stores the threshold values of its warning temperature and shutdown temperature in the encoder data memory. The motor is dispatched globally with a backup support period of one year.
The product storage must be done in a dry and dust-free place where it is not subject to direct sunlight. The device has 75% relative air humidity at 30°C during transportation. The unit transportation is meant to be done between -20°C and 80°C. Its encoder data memory comprises the type designation of the motor. This motor should undergo resurfacing of its holding brake after storage when the bearings are more than one month old. This product must never undergo repeated high-voltage inspection tests. The device type plate needs to be fitted in a clearly visible location.
