The motor housing has a standard design. The encoder on the motor is a singleturn optical encoder with Hiperface support. Singleturn encoders deliver feedback within a single shaft rotation. The encoder on the MSK100B-0300-NN-S1-BG2-NNNN is rated for 128 signal periods. The shaft on the MSK100B-0300-NN-S1-BG2-NNNN motor is equipped with seal that prevents oil leakage. The shaft seal also protects the motor against dust and moisture. The holding brake is rated for 70 Nm holding torque.
