Product Description
Servo motors and gearboxes, converters, and drive controllers in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system adopt the most advanced technology for efficient operations. The MSK synchronous servo motors in this system are used as rotary and servo main motors in various applications, including machine tools and robotics.
The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-RP1-NNNN is a model of the synchronous servo motors in the MSK series. It has a multiturn encoder that records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations and replaces separate incremental encoders. This motion and speed control is achieved via the optical measuring principle, and the encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. The motor’s nominal speed is 3,000 revolutions per minute, and it can reach a maximum speed of 4,500 revolutions per minute. It has four pole pairs and a winding inductivity of 5.500mH. At 20oC, it has a winding resistance of 0.43 Ohms and a voltage constant of 108.5 V/min-1. When this MSK motor model is operated within the permitted limits of radial and axial loads, its bearing lifetime is 30,000 operating hours.
Form-fitting torque transmission with constant direction is achieved in the MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-RP1-NNNN via its output shaft with keyway according to DIN 6885-1. Here, there are low requirements for the shaft-hub connection, and the shaft sealing ring is designed according to DIN 3760 – design A. It also has a holding brake with holding torque of 32Nm for holding the servo axis when the machine is de-energized. To protect it from damage due to thermal overload, the servo motor has two temperature monitoring systems, including the sensitive KTY84 thermal sensor in its windings.
