Product Description
With impressive features like compact construction, precise encoder systems, and high torque density, the MSK servo motors by Bosch Rexroth are ideal for numerous factory applications. They are also components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are used as rotary main and servo drive motors.
The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN is a Bosch Rexroth MSK motor model with a multiturn optical encoder of ±80 angular seconds system accuracy. This precise encoder detects the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations and eliminates the need for a separate incremental encoder. Its data memory feature allows the rapid startup of the motor since its type name and parameters are stored. It also ensures its safe adjustment to the drive controller. In this MSK model, a shaft with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring are used to connect machine elements to be driven to the motor drive shaft. It provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection and noiseless operation. Additionally, it has a radial shaft sealing ring designed according to DIN 3760 – design A.
Equipped with a temperature sensor of the KTY84 type, the MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-RP0-NNNN is protected against damage due to thermal overload. It has four pole pairs and can generate a maximum torque of 102.0 Nm. Its nominal speed is 3,000 revolutions per minute, while its maximum speed is 4,500 revolutions per minute. The housing coat of the motor consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. Its completely sealed housing is impenetrable by solid extrinsic objects and water jets. Hence, its Ingress Protection rating according to EN 60529 is IP 65.
