Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors are manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, and they belong to the IndraDyn S motor family. With different driving powers and driving interfaces, these motors are used across different fields. The motors in this series are characterized by high dynamics and improved precision due to new encoder systems. They also have a compact construction and high torque density. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors in fields such as machine tools, robotics, metal forming machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-LG0-NNNN is a maintenance-free motor designed to be mounted into a control cabinet due to its compact design. It has four pole pairs and a maximum speed of 4,500 rpm. Its integrated optical encoder has a multiturn configuration and a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. This encoder permits the motor’s absolute, indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The motor’s shaft has a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and a radial shaft sealing ring. According to EN 60529, its Ingress Protection rating is IP 65, indicating that it is completely dust-proof and touch-proof. Furthermore, its bearings support high radial loads.
Temperature monitoring of the MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-LG0-NNNN is done by the temperature sensor and a temperature model to protect the motor from damage by thermal overload. It belongs to insulation class F; hence, it has a high degree of thermal stability. The housing varnish consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It has a high resistance against diluted acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils and limited resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
