Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s Indradyn S synchronous servo motors set new standards for the motor industry. These motors have a compact construction, high dynamics, high torque density, and an extremely high degree of precision due to new optical encoder systems. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors in applications like machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, packaging and food processing machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN is a model of the MSK synchronous servo motors by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with a shaft with a keyway and radial shaft sealing ring that prevents fluids from entering the shaft. The motor also has a holding brake that holds the motor axis when the machine is in a de-energized state. This holding brake functions on the principle of electrical release and has a holding torque of 70Nm. Furthermore, the motor is equipped with a multiturn optical encoder which permits absolute, indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations.
With its compact size, the MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN can easily be mounted into a control cabinet. It has a protection rating of IP 65, which means that it is completely protected against damage from shock, penetration of dust, and damage by water jets. This motor is self-cooling with heat dissipation achieved via natural convection to the ambient air and heat conduction into the machine structure. Its temperature is monitored by the temperature sensor and a temperature model, which protect the motor from damage by thermal overload. It should be operated at an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and set up at a maximum of 1000 m above mean sea level.
