Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s Indradyn motors provide safe and cost-effective solutions to automation challenges. The Indradyn S synchronous servo motors have several features, including high dynamics, compact construction, and high torque density. They have new optical encoder systems, which give them a high degree of precision. These motors are durable and made for high-power use. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors across different fields such as handling systems, machine tools, robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and metal-forming machines.
The MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-BG0-NNNN is an MSK motor model equipped with a multiturn optical encoder that permits absolute, indirect position evaluation within 4,096 mechanical rotations. Its encoder has a data memory where the motor's parameters are stored. It is also equipped with a plain shaft with a radial shaft sealing ring and does not have a holding brake. Its plain shaft offers a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with a high degree of quiet running. Its Ingress Protection Rating according to EN 60529 is IP 65; therefore, it has protection against the penetration of dust, shock, and damage from water jets.
With the self-cooling MSK100B-0300-NN-M1-BG0-NNNN, heat dissipation is realized over natural convection. The heat is transferred to the ambient air and the machine structure by heat conduction. Its housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This makes it resistant to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, current mineral oils, organic solvents, and hydraulic oil. The motor should be operated at an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative air humidity of 95%, and maximum setup height of 1000m above mean sea level for optimum performance.
