Product Description

The MSK100B-0200-NN-S2-AP0-RSNN synchronous servomotor by Bosch Rexroth supports use in potentially explosive areas as per ATEX EC 94/9 directives. This motor should be used in its original state without any structural modification. The product cannot be directly operated on a single-phase or three-phase network. The device has to be mounted, installed, stored and transported properly for safe and optimum operation. This unit must not be started without establishing the grounding connection. It has a windings code of 200. The motor can cause the drive controller to move dangerously due to wrong input of parameters and/or improper connection of cables. The product has to be prevented from an accidental startup during maintenance or repair work.

The device is not to be opened or disconnected in a pressurized state. The unit comprises a type plate with its type designation and relevant technical details. It is to be serviced and repaired only by the manufacturer’s service team. The motor may explode if the exalted tensile load of its connection cables is exceeded. The product is UL Listed and CSA Certified. This device uses an optical encoder with one distinguishable revolution. The unit is balanced with a complete key. Its specified performance data must be reduced to avoid thermal overload of the motor when transmissions are used.

The motor uses circular connectors for its electrical connection. The product makes use of an M58 flange socket for power connection. The device connection should be done only in the de-energized state. The unit has a high relative air humidity of 95%. Its plug connections have to be disconnected only by pulling the plug and not the cable. The motor supports vibrations of up to 2,000Hz frequency during the stimulation of its motor flange. The product withstands a maximum axial shock load of 100m/s2 for 11ms. This synchronous motor can be sent to the preferred destination with a one-year warranty period.
