Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s factory automation products are marked by their ultra-efficient and future-proof designs and functionalities. The servo motors of the MSK series by the manufacturer are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They can be upgraded to suit applications beyond the standard for servo motors. Typical uses of the motors include metal-forming machines, robotics, and machine tools.
The MSK100B-0200-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN is a Bosch Rexroth MSK motor with a multiturn encoder with the Hiperface interface. This encoder works with a high level of precision in determining the motor’s position and controlling its speed because it uses the optical measurement method. It also eliminates the need for separate incremental encoders and records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. Additionally, it has a data memory where the motor’s type name and control loop parameters are saved to ensure its rapid startup. The nominal speed of this model is 2,000 revolutions per minute, and it generates a maximum torque of 102.0 Nm.
Heat elimination from the MSK100B-0200-NN-M1-BP2-NNNN is achieved via natural convection, where heat is transferred to the ambient air. It is also protected from damage as a result of thermal overload by two independently operated temperature monitoring systems - the temperature model and temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is the KTY84 type, and it is built into its stator. This motor’s output shaft is one with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring to prevent fluids from entering the motor through the shaft. It also has an electrically released holding brake of 70Nm torque to hold its axes at a standstill and when the ”controller enable” signal is off.
