Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is known for manufacturing state-of-the-art products used in several industries. The MSK synchronous motors manufactured by the company are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors. These motors have unique characteristics such as high dynamics, increased torque density, and high precision due to their new and innovative optical encoder systems. They have different powers and interfaces for their highly varied application-specific use.
The MSK100B-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor in Bosch Rexroth’s MSK series. It is equipped with an integrated optical encoder with the multiturn configuration and the Hiperface interface. This encoder allows absolute, indirect position evaluation within 4,096 mechanical rotations. It also has a data memory where the motor's parameters are stored, ensuring its quick startup. This motor has two electrical connections: the power connector and the encoder connector. The electrical connection of the motor is via its B Side.
A plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring is built into the MSK100B-0200-NN-M1-AG2-NNNN to connect machine elements to be driven to the motor drive shafts. This is done with the aid of clamping sets, clamping sleeves, or clamping elements as they couple the machine elements to be driven. The motor is equipped with a holding brake that operates according to the principle of electrical release with a torque of 70.0Nm. The holding brake retains loads and stops the shaft from starting up if at standstill or after power has been disabled. This motor’s housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It is resistant to dilute acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, current mineral oils, organic solvents, and hydraulic oil.
