Product Description
Adopting research-based innovation is one of the ways by which Bosch Rexroth maintains its position as a leading brand in the automation industry. Its MSK synchronous servo motors are compact units in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system built for machine tools, robotics, and metal forming machines.
The MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG2-RNNN is an MSK servo motor model by Bosch Rexroth designed to reach a maximum speed of 3,850 revolutions per minute. Its integrated encoder has the single-turn configuration and features the optical measurement method, guaranteeing impressive precision. It comes with the EnDat 2.1 interface and records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical rotation. Because of its sealed housing that prevents dust and water jet sprays from penetrating, the motor has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65. This housing is covered in a varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It makes it resistant to sewage, dilute acids, alkaline solutions, and current mineral oils.
A holding brake with a holding torque of 30Nm prevents the unintentional startup of the MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG2-RNNN from standstill. The servo motor also has a KTY84 thermal sensor built into its stator to protect it from damage by thermal overload. It has a plain shaft with a sealing ring designed per DIN 3760 – design A to prevent fluid penetration and ensure a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. Heat dissipation during the motor’s operation is via natural convection, where heat is continuously exchanged with the ambient air. It has four pole pairs and generates a maximum torque of 88.0Nm. The required ambient temperature for its optimal operation is a maximum of 40oC.
