Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK synchronous servo motors have been designed to support applications beyond the standard for servo motors. They come in different frame sizes, offering varying torques and speeds to suit user-specific applications. Their typical applications include machine tools, robotics, metal forming machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
The MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN is an MSK servo motor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It reaches a maximum speed of 3,850 revolutions per minute and can generate torque up to 88.0Nm. Cooled by natural convection, other features that protect it from damage due to thermal overload include a KTY84 thermal sensor in its winding and the temperature model. The motor’s integrated single-turn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface eliminates the need for a separate incremental encoder. It has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds and monitors the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical rotation. An added benefit of the encoder is its data memory, where relevant motor parameters are filed.
According to the EN 60529 standard, the Ingress Protection rating of the MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN is IP 65, making its risk-free operation in adverse environments possible. Like other MSK motors, it is coated with a housing varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. Hence, it displays chemical resistance to current mineral oils, sewage, water, dilute acids, and alkaline solutions. This coat also grants it limited resistance to hydraulic oils and organic solvents. The motor’s plain output shaft with shaft sealing ring provides a non-positive with zero backlash and quiet running. Its maximum speed is 3,850 revolutions per minute, and it has four pole pairs.
