Product Description
With the MSK servo motors by Bosch Rexroth, users are assured of long-lasting engineering solutions with real value for money. These motors with high torque density and precise encoder systems are used in robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and packaging and food processing machines.
The MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG0-RNNN is one of the compact synchronous servo motors of the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a self-cooling type that utilizes natural convection for heat elimination. With the KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator and the temperature model, damage due to thermal overload can be averted during its operation. It is also coated with a housing varnish consisting of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This coating protects it from damage by water, sewage, current mineral oils, dilute acid and alkaline solutions. Extra protection is offered by its sealed housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65.
A plain output shaft provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash in the MSK075E-0200-NN-S2-UG0-RNNN. It also has a shaft sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A to prevent fluid penetration. The integrated single-turn encoder with EnDat 2.1 in the servo motor uses the optical method to ensure high precision and eliminates the need for a separate encoder. Its data memory stores the motor type name and control loop parameters, ensuring the motor’s quick startup and its safe adaptation to the drive controller. The motor can generate a maximum torque of 88.0Nm and attain a maximum speed of 3,850 revolutions per minute. Its optimal long-term operation requires an ambient temperature between 0oC and 40oC.
