The MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UP2-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor in the MSK series by Bosch Rexroth. It features a holding brake with a holding torque of 30Nm to prevent it from starting up unintentionally from standstill. Its output shaft is the type with keyway in line with DIN 6885-1, ensuring form-fitting torque transmission with constant direction. Like other motors in the series, it has a shaft sealing ring that prevents fluid entry through the shaft. Its maximum speed is 3,850 revolutions per minute, while its rotor’s moment of inertia is 0.00613 kgm2. According to EN 60529, this MSK model is also a product of the IP 65 protection category, indicating that it is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from multidirectional water jets.
To determine its position and control its speed, the MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UP2-NNNN is equipped with an integrated optical encoder, featuring the single-turn configuration and the Hiperface interface. Its system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it permits the recording of the motor’s absolute, indirect position recording within one mechanical rotation. Thanks to the data memory in the encoder, the motor’s rapid startup is guaranteed. It also ensures that it adapts safely to its drive control device. There are four pole pairs in this MSK motor, and it generates a maximum torque of 88.0Nm. It is cooled via natural convection and requires an ambient temperature that ranges between 0oC and 40oC for its safe operation.
