The MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is a model of the MSK synchronous servo motors designed by Bosch Rexroth. It has a rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.00613 kgm2 and four pole pairs. Given its sealed housing that is dustproof, touch-proof, and impervious to water jet sprays from different directions, it is safe for use in harsh environments. Based on the EN 60529 standard, the Ingress Protection rating of the motor is IP 65. It features a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator, a sensitive temperature monitoring system that works with the temperature model to prevent damage due to thermal overload. The motor can reach a maximum speed of 3,850 revolutions per minute and generates a maximum torque of 88.0Nm.
Like other servo motors in the MSK series, the MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. Hence, it is resistant to hydraulic oil, current mineral oils, dilute acid and alkaline solutions, and sewage. It is equipped with a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface to record its absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. The motor also has an output shaft with keyway per DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring that prevents fluid from entering through the shaft. This shaft permits the form-fitting transmission of torques with constant direction and has low requirements for the shaft-hub connection.
