Product Description
Bosch Rexroth designed its MSK synchronous servo motors to suit user-specific applications since it supports the addition of several options. The compact motors have precise encoder systems and a compact build. Their applications include food packaging and processing machines and robotics.
The MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN is an MSK model built with a single-turn optical encoder featuring the Hiperface interface. This encoder’s system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it eliminates the need for a separate incremental encoder. It records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical rotation, working with high-level precision since it uses the optical measurement method. An added benefit of the encoder is its data memory where relevant motor parameters are stored to ensure its quick and easy startup and safe adaptation to its drive control device. Operating this MSK servo motor model requires an ambient temperature between 0oC and 40°C with a maximum installation height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
Several protective features have been built into the MSK075E-0200-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN to improve its operational reliability. This includes its sealed housing with an Ingress Protection of IP 65 according to EN 60529, meaning it is impervious to solid extrinsic materials and water jet sprays. It also has a KTY84 thermal sensor in its sensor, which works with another temperature monitoring system called the temperature model to prevent damage due to thermal overload. It is cooled by natural convection and has a holding brake of 23Nm holding torque to hold the axes at a standstill when it is disconnected from power. The output shaft in this MSK model is the plain type and it provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and quiet running.
