Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is one brand that prioritizes technological innovation that remains relevant for decades. The company employs its genius in the design of its MSK synchronous servo motors, available in various frame sizes. Users can adopt the motors for numerous applications, including robotics, packaging and food processing machines, machine tools, and metal forming machines.
The MSK075E-0200-NN-M2-UP0-RNNN is a model of the MSK servo motors by Bosch Rexroth, featuring a multiturn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. This optical encoder has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds and records the absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. Thanks to a KTY84 thermal sensor in the stator of this MSK model, damage due to thermal overload is avoided. The sensor works with an independent temperature monitoring system called the temperature model. Cooling via natural convection is another protective mechanism in the motor, making it a self-cooling model.
Four pole pairs are present in the MSK075E-0200-NN-M2-UP0-RNNN with a shaft with keyway per DIN 6885-1. Like other motors in the MSK series, the output shaft has a shaft sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A. It prevents fluids from entering the motor through the shaft, which permits form-fitting torque transmission with constant direction. Its sealed housing also gives it an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 according to EN 60529 as it is protected from the penetration of solid extrinsic materials, dust and multidirectional water jet sprays. This MSK motor can attain a maximum speed of 3,850 revolutions per minute and generates a maximum torque of 88.0Nm. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above sea level.
