Product Description
Precise encoder systems, compact build, and high torque density are some of the excellent features of the MSK servo motors designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. They are components of the versatile Rexroth IndraDrive drive system with diverse applications. These include robotics, machine tools, and printing and paper processing machines.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN is a servo motor in Bosch Rexroth’s MSK series. It is a self-cooling motor that utilizes natural convection for heat elimination. Its integrated encoder system consists of a single-turn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface for position detection and speed control. This encoder’s system accuracy is ±20 angular seconds, and it records the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. It also has a data memory where the motor’s type name and control loop parameters are filed to ensure its quick startup and adaptation to the drive controller. The MSK servo motor can reach a maximum speed of 4,800 revolutions per minute and generate a maximum torque of 66.0Nm.
Covered with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the MSK075D-0300-NN-S2-UG1-RNNN is protected from potentially harmful agents. These include current mineral oils, dilute acids, alkaline solutions, sewage and seawater. It has a plain output shaft with a shaft sealing ring for a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. Thanks to the electrically released holding brake of 23Nm, the servo axis is held at a standstill when the machine is disconnected from power. According to EN 60529, this MSK model belongs to the IP 65 protection class as it is sealed and safe from the penetration of solid extrinsic materials and water jets from different directions.
