Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the expert creator of a wide range of highly functional drive and motion control units. Its MSK servo motors are compact synchronous motors designed to meet needs beyond the usual for regular servo motors. They are commonly used in machine tools, metal-forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN is a model of the synchronous servo motors in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has an electrically released holding brake with a holding torque of 23Nm to hold the axes at a standstill when power is switched off. Its output shaft is the type with a keyway to guarantee form-fitting torque transmission. Like others in this series, this motor’s shaft has a standard shaft sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A to prevent fluid penetration. It also has four pole pairs and can attain a maximum speed of 4,800 revolutions per minute. Its maximum torque is 66.0Nm, while its motor’s rotor of inertia is 0.00490 kgm2.
A KTY84 thermal sensor is built into the stator winding of the MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UP1-NNNN to protect it from damage due to thermal overload. This sensor is aided by an independent temperature monitoring system called the temperature model. The motor is cooled by natural convection, where heat generated during its operation is transferred to the ambient air and the outside walls of its housing. Its Ingress Protection rating is IP 65, indicating that it is touch-proof, dustproof, and impermeable to sprays from water jet sprays. This makes it safe for use in poor environmental conditions. Its encoder is the single-turn encoder with Hiperface interface for recording its absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation.
