Product Description
Some of the applications of the MSK servo motors by Bosch Rexroth are robotics, food processing and packaging machines, machine tools, and metal-forming machines. They are compact servo motors that constitute the highly versatile Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. Their unique features are precise encoder systems and high torque density.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is a synchronous servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It has a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator windings that protects it from damage due to overload by monitoring its temperature. This sensor initiates protective actions at threshold temperatures of 140°C and 150°C. The servo motor has a single-turn encoder with a Hiperface interface that evaluates its position and controls its speed. Its system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it has a data memory where parameters like the motor type name are stored. Hence, its startup time is reduced, and it can adapt safely to the drive controller.
Like other MSK models, the housing of MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is covered with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This coat is highly resistant to current mineral oils, dilute acids, alkaline solutions, and seawater. Another protective feature of the motor is its sealed housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65. It is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from the penetration of multidirectional water jets. Its output shaft is the type with a keyway per DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring to ensure form-fitting torque transmission. This MSK model can reach a maximum speed of 4,800 revolutions per minute and maximum torque of 66.0Nm. Its ideal ambient temperature is a maximum of 40°C.
