Product Description
Servo motors by Bosch Rexroth have numerous applications. However, those in the MSK series are suitable for applications beyond the standard. They are compact machines in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system available in different frame sizes and torques. These motors are characterized by precise encoder systems and high torque density.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN is a servo motor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the MSK series. It is a self-cooling type with natural convection for heat elimination and supports installation within a control cabinet. Like other motors in the series, it is equipped with a thermal sensor of the KTY84 type for monitoring its temperature to prevent damage due to overload. The motor also has a single-turn encoder with a Hiperface interface for determining its position and controlling its speed. This encoder’s system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds and it replaces separate incremental encoders. It also evaluates the motor’s absolute, indirect position recording within one mechanical motor rotation.
A plain output shaft with a protective shaft sealing ring ensures a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with a high degree of quiet running in the MSK075D-0300-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN. Its sealing ring is designed per DIN 3760 – design A and it prevents fluids from penetrating the motor. According to EN 60529, the motor’s Ingress Protection rating is IP 65, indicating that it is touch-proof and dustproof. It is also safe for use in adverse environmental conditions. Its maximum speed is 4,800 revolutions per minute, and it has four pole pairs with a maximum torque of 66.0Nm. The required ambient temperature for the motor’s optimum temperature ranges from 0oC to 40°C, while its maximum height for setup is 1,000m above sea level.
