Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK motors are members of the larger IndraDyn S motor family. They are a group of synchronous motors with multiple functions in the factory automation industry. These motors are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors applicable in different fields including machine tools, robotics, metal forming machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
The encoder of the MSK075D-0300-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN is the integrated multi-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. It has a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds and permits absolute, indirect position detection. The encoder also preserves the information obtained even after the machine is switched off. It has a data memory that ensures a quick and easy startup since it stores parameters like the motor type name, the control loop parameters and the motor parameters. This motor has a plain output shaft with an electrically-released holding brake. The holding brake has a 23Nm holding torque and holds the motor axis when the machine is disconnected from power.
Due to its IP 65 rating, the MSK075D-0300-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN can be used safely in harsh environments. It is equipped with a plain shaft that provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with a high degree of quiet running. The motor’s operation should be at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 5% to 95% with a maximum installation height of 1,000m above mean sea level. It is coated in a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. Hence, it is resistant to damage by water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils. It also displays a measure of resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil.
