Product Description
The MSK servo motors are a series of motors in the IndraDyn S servo motor family from Bosch Rexroth that set a high standard for servo motors. They have driving powers of different degrees and different interfaces so they can be used in user-specific applications. Their fields of application include machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-M2-UG0-RNNN boasts high precision due to its multi-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. This encoder allows the measurement of the motor’s absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical rotations. It has an inbuilt data memory for storing parameters like the motor type name, the control loop parameters, and the other parameters, ensuring a quick and easy startup. The motor is equipped with a plain shaft which provides a non-positive, zero-backlash shaft-hub connection with a high degree of quiet running. Temperature monitoring is done by two independent systems: the temperature sensor and the temperature model. These systems protect it against irreversible damage from thermal overload.
Coated in a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water, the MSK075D-0300-NN-M2-UG0-RNNN displays high operational reliability. It is highly resistant to damage by diluted acids/alkaline solutions, water, seawater, sewage, and current mineral oils. There is also some form of resistance against organic solvents and hydraulic oil. This motor's degree of protection is IP 65 according to DIN EN 60529, meaning it is protected against contact, dust, and water directed against it from different directions. It should be operated at an ambient temperature not greater than 40°C and set up at a maximum elevation of 1,000m.
