Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures innovative drive and control machinery used in factory automation. The MSK synchronous motors are dynamic servo motors that belong to the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S family. They have several features, including high dynamics, compact construction, high torque density, and new optical encoder systems that give them a high degree of precision. These motors are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors. They are used in handling systems, machine tools, robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and metal-forming machines.
A high-precision operation is guaranteed by the MSK075D-0300-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN due to its optical encoder. Its encoder is the multiturn absolute encoder with the Hiperface interface. This encoder permits absolute, indirect position evaluation within 4,096 mechanical rotations and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. The motor’s Ingress Protection Rating according to EN 60529 is IP 65; therefore, it is safe from the penetration of dust, shock, and damage from water jets. Due to its protection rating, it can function in harsh environmental conditions.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN has a holding brake that operates on the principle of electrical release and has a torque of 23Nm. The holding brake holds the motor axes at a standstill when the machine is disconnected from power. It is equipped with an output shaft with a shaft sealing ring and a keyway as per DIN 6885-1. This radial shaft sealing ring prevents liquids from entering the motor through its shaft. The motor’s housing varnish is black RAL 9005 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This coat is resistant to dilute acids, sewage, and current mineral oils with limited protection against hydraulic oils and organic solvents.
