Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK motors are characterized by high dynamics, compact construction, high torque density, and a high degree of precision. These motors have a compact build which gives them a high torque density and allows for easy installation. They are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors across different fields such as handling systems, machine tools, robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and metal-forming machines.
The MSK075D-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN is an MSK motor model equipped with a multiturn optical encoder that permits absolute, indirect position evaluation within 4,096 mechanical rotations. It also has a data memory that serves as storage for the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. This motor is self-cooling with heat dissipation achieved via natural convection to the ambient air and by heat conduction into the machine structure. Its Ingress Protection Rating, according to EN 60529, is IP 65; therefore, it is safe from the penetration of dust, shock, and damage from water jets.
An output shaft with a shaft sealing ring and a keyway as per DIN 6885-1 are present in the MSK075D-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN. The radial shaft sealing ring prevents liquids from entering the motor through its shaft. This motor's housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It offers the motor full chemical resistance against dilute acids and alkaline solutions, current mineral oils, water, seawater, and sewage. It also gives it partial resistance against hydraulic oil and organic solvents. The MSK servo motor should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, and a maximum setup height of 1,000m above mean sea level for optimum performance.
