Bosch Rexroth has built a reputation for delivering trustworthy drive and motion control units to solve various automation challenges. Its MSK servo motors are powerful synchronous motors that can be tailored to suit numerous applications as they support the addition of options.

The MSK075D-0200-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN is a compact Bosch Rexroth MSK servo motor with a maximum speed of 3,800 revolutions per minute. Its plain output shaft guarantees a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero-backlash and has a shaft sealing ring designed in line with DIN 3760 – design A. it is also equipped with an electrically released holding brake of 23Nm to hold the axes at a standstill when the motor is disconnected from power. The motor’s housing is completely sealed, making it dustproof, touch-proof, and impervious to water sprayed at it from different directions. As a result, it has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 per IEC 60529. This housing is also coated with a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It is highly resistant to alkaline solutions, dilute acids, and seawater.

A multi-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface detects the absolute, indirect position of the MSK075D-0200-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. This integrated encoder uses the optical measuring principle to achieve high-level precision and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. Its data memory stores information like the motor type name and control loop parameters, providing rapid boot-up and safe adaptation to the drive controller. The motor has four pole pairs and generates a maximum torque of 64.0Nm. It also has a temperature sensor built into its windings to monitor its temperature and prevent overload damage.
