Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an expert in developing the most efficient drive systems comprising high-quality drive and motion control units. Its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is composed of servo motors like the MSK synchronous servo motors, used in robotics, metal forming machines, and food processing and packaging machines.
The MSK075D-0200-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN is one of the servo motors in the MSK series of the IndraDyn S family by Bosch Rexroth. It features a multi-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface for the precise detection of its absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. This encoder’s data memory stores important information like the motor type name and its control loop parameters, ensuring its rapid start-up and risk-free adaptation to the drive controller. It also has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and uses the optical measurement method for improved precision. The servo motor’s maximum speed is 3,800 revolutions per minute, while its maximum torque is 64.0Nm. It has four pole pairs and a rotor moment of inertia of 0.00490 kgm2.
A plain output shaft provides a backlash-free, non-positive shaft-hub connection in the MSK075D-0200-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN. This output shaft has a shaft sealing ring designed per DIN 3760 – design A to keep fluids from penetrating the motor through its shaft. The motor also has a sealed housing with an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating, according to IEC 60529. As a result, it can be safely operated in adverse environmental conditions. Its cooling is via natural convection, where heat exchange with the ambient air is realized over a temperature gradient. The motor’s housing varnish is a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water.
