Product Description
To create a future-proof drive system like the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, Bosch Rexroth designs each product with high-level excellence. The MSK motors in this drive system are compact motors designed for maintenance-free operation and application-specific use by the addition of options.
The MSK075C-0450-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN is one of the synchronous servo motors of the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It comes with two independent temperature monitoring systems to protect it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. These are the temperature model and the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is the KTY84 type, and it protects the motor by initiating various protective mechanisms at specified threshold temperatures. This MSK servo motor is also equipped with a single-turn encoder with Hiperface to record its absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation. It eliminates the need for a separate incremental encoder and has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds.
A black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water comprises the housing coat of the MSK075C-0450-NN-S1-UP0-NNNN. It is highly resistant to sewage, seawater, current mineral oils, dilute acids, and alkaline solutions. The housing is also sealed and has an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating according to IEC 60529, permitting its safe operation under adverse environmental conditions. Heat elimination from this MSK model is by natural convection, where heat is transferred to the ambient air and the walls of the machine construction by conduction. Its maximum speed is 6,000 revolutions per minute, and it can generate a maximum torque of 44.0Nm. The motor’s permissible maximum ambient temperature is 40oC, and it should not be installed at a height above 1,000m.
