Product Description
All components of Bosch Rexroth’s Rexroth IndraDrive drive system are excellently designed state-of-the-art units built to simplify work. One of these is the MSK servo motor with a compact build and precise encoder systems.
The MSK075C-0450-NN-S1-UG0-NNNN is a model of the compact synchronous servo motors of the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its bearings have a nominal lifetime of 30,000 operating hours, and its rotor’s moment of inertia is 0.00352 kgm2. Using natural convection as a cooling mechanism, the heat generated during its operation is dissipated efficiently to prevent thermal overload. It also has a KTY84 thermal sensor in its stator windings to monitor its temperature with another temperature monitoring system called the temperature model. The motor’s housing varnish consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. It is highly resistant to dilute acids, alkaline solutions, current mineral oils, and seawater.
Like other MSK models, the MSK075C-0450-NN-S1-UG0-NNNN has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 per IEC 60529. This indicates that it is safe from dust ingress and multidirectional water jet sprays, allowing its safe operation under harsh environmental conditions. Its maximum speed is 6,000 revolutions per minute, while its maximum torque is 44.0Nm. It also has a plain output shaft for a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash and a shaft sealing ring to prevent fluid entry through the shaft. The encoder in this MSK model is a single-turn encoder with Hiperface and ±80 angular seconds system accuracy. It detects the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical motor rotation and has a data memory where relevant parameters are stored.
