Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MSK motors are high-performance synchronous servo motors in its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are flexible units that are suitable for applications beyond the standard for regular servo motors. Some of their applications are seen in robotics, food processing and packaging machines, and machine tools.
The MSK075C-0450-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN is a servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It generates a maximum torque of 44.0Nm and can reach a maximum speed of 6,000 revolutions per minute. One notable feature of the motor is the temperature sensor in its stator winding, which works to prevent damage from thermal overload. It is aided by another independent temperature monitoring system called the temperature model. This MSK model has four pairs, and the moment of inertia of its rotor is 0.00352 kgm2. It is cooled by natural convection, a heat dissipation mechanism where the heat generated is transferred to the ambient air and the walls of its housing. Its housing coat consists of a black (RAL9005) 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water.
Like other synchronous servo motors in the MSK series, the MSK075C-0450-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN is enclosed in a sealed housing. It is resistant to the penetration of solid extrinsic materials and multidirectional water jet sprays; hence it has an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating. The motor is equipped with an optical multi-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface for detecting its positions. This encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and records the absolute, indirect position within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. A plain output shaft provides a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash in this MSK model.
