Product Description
The MSK range of servo motors by the Rexroth Bosch group delivers a broad spectrum of power in increments of narrow sizes. These servo motors have a robust design and a high torque density. Additionally, the MSK servo motors are equipped with optical encoder systems for high precision as well as standardized requirements. There are only two versions of encoders for the IndraDyn S servo motors. They include Hiperface as well as EnDat 2.1 versions. These versions can be configured into either single-turn or multi-turn.
The MSK servo motors are compact and very powerful. The highest speed and highest torque of these servo motors is 9000 rpm and 631 Nm respectively. The MSK servo motors contain materials like electronic modules and components, brass, aluminum, magnetic substances, steel, and copper. According to DIN ISO 281, the bearings of these servo motors have a nominal lifetime of L10h = 30,000 h. However, the bearings can last for all that time only if there will be no exceeding of the permissible axial as well as radial forces. The service life of the bearings is likely to be affected even by loading them with a minor degree of higher forces. There will be a need for replacing the servo motors' bearings if running noise begins to be heard or the nominal service life of the bearings has been reached. It is recommended that the replacement of the bearings to be carried out by the manufacturer.
The MSK071E-0450-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN motor operates maintenance-free within the operating conditions given by the manufacturer. When this motor is being transported, it should be in a horizontal position. During its transportation, shock absorbability should as well be provided for it to be able to withstand strong vibrations. The MSK071E-0450-NN-S1-UG1-NNNN motor should be transported at a surrounding air temperature as low as -25 °C and as high as +70 °C.
