Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is known for manufacturing innovative drive and control machinery used in factory automation. The MSK synchronous motors are a group of powerful servo motors that belong to the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn S family. Their characteristics include a wide power spectrum, narrow size increments, a high torque density, high dynamics, and high precision. They are used in handling systems, machine tools, robotics, printing and paper processing machines, and metal-forming machines.
The MSK071E-0300-NN-S1-AP0-NNAN is a model of the synchronous servo motors in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its integrated encoder system is the single-turn optical encoder with a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds. This encoder has a data memory that stores the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. As a result, the motor’s startup is quick and easy, and its adaptation to the drive control unit is safe. Like other models in the series, it is a self-cooling motor with heat dissipation realized via natural convection to the ambient air and by heat transfer to the machine structure.
An output shaft with a shaft sealing ring and a keyway as per DIN 6885-1 are present in the MSK071E-0300-NN-S1-AP0-NNAN. The radial shaft sealing ring prevents liquids from entering the motor through its shaft. This motor's protection rating is IP 65; hence, it is completely touch-proof and dustproof. Due to this protection rating, it can function under adverse environmental conditions with little risk of damage. Its housing varnish is black RAL 9005 2K epoxy resin coating based on epoxy polyamide resin in water. This coat is resistant to dilute acids, sewage, and current mineral oils with limited protection against hydraulic oils and organic solvents.
