Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MSK071E-0200-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN synchronous servomotor is fitted with a KTY84 temperature sensor that issues a warning when the motor housing temperature is 140°C. The motor implements a self-cooling mechanism. The product has low heat dissipation when it is polluted. The device has reduced torque by 10% to 20% when gearboxes are mounted. The unit features thermal coupling changes when gearboxes, gear pinions or couplings are attached to the shaft. Its radial sealing ring present on the shaft is a friction seal that is subject to wear and generates frictional heat. This motor is designed in accordance with DIN 3760 – design A specifications.
The product has black varnish as the coating for its housing. This varnish thickness can be exceeded by a maximum of 40µm. The motor is to be kept free of liquid accumulation from around its shaft. The device transportation must be done at a temperature ranging from -20°C and 80°C in accordance with DIN EN 60721-3-2 specifications. This unit is never supposed to be lifted by means of the blower or fan housing. Its shaft may break because of intense reversing operation. The product features service-related information and details to procure spare parts on its type plate. This motor is available with backup support from Wake Industrial for a year.
The device has a sound pressure level of less than 75dBA. This unit is equipped with protection against irreversible damage because of thermal overload sensed by its two temperature monitoring systems. Its output shaft must be fitted with drive elements only by heating them. The motor features an extreme temperature for its housing if its heat dissipation is obstructed. The product comprises cooling fins that are to be cleaned at regular intervals for sufficient heat emission. The device supports the installation of only gearboxes that have oilproof or closed lubrication systems. This motor is sent in durable and rugged packaging.
