Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors represent a state-of-the-art collection of servo motors. They are produced by Bosch Rexroth and exhibit an incredibly high level of precision due to their latest optical encoder systems. MSK motors can be used as rotary main and servo drives, kit motors, and linear drives. Their application includes metal-forming machine tools, printing and paper-processing machines, foodstuff and packaging machines, and machine tools.
The MSK071D-0300-NN-M2-UG0-RSNN is an MSK motor model. Its motor frame size and winding code are 071 and 0300, respectively. It features a multiturn absolute optical encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and has a ±20 angular seconds accuracy. This enables the detection of the absolute indirect position of the motor within 4,096 mechanical rotations. The information obtained remains available even after a power switch-off. This motor can reach a maximum speed of 3,800 revolutions per minute, and it is equipped with a plain output shaft with a sealing ring. At 20°C, it has a voltage constant of 134V/min⁻¹ and winding resistance of 1.26 Ohms. The cooling system suitable for this motor is natural convection.
Similar to other MSK motors, the MSK071D-0300-NN-M2-UG0-RSNN can be attached to drive elements such as gearboxes, gear pinions, and couplings. The moment of inertia of its rotor is 0.00255kgm², and it has a thermal time constant of 54 minutes. It also has two temperature monitoring systems, which operate separately to prevent irreparable damage that can be caused by thermal overloading. They are the temperature model and the temperature sensor. This motor is operated with ready-made cables provided by Bosch Rexroth. This includes power and encoder cables, which can be extended to a maximum length of 75m.
