Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors, a family of the IndraDyn S motors, are dynamic servo motors designed and produced by Bosch Rexroth. They exhibit a very high degree of precision due to their optical encoder systems. The MSK motors can be used as linear drives or kit motors, and they are commonly used in machine tools, automation and handling systems, and packaging and foodstuff machines.
The MSK071C-0300-FN-M1-UP2-NNNN is an MSK motor with a frame motor size of 071, and Its winding code is 0300. It employs a liquid cooling system; hence it is suited for extreme loads and can also be operated using an external cooling system. This motor has four pole pairs and can produce a maximum torque of 44Nm. Due to its black (RAL 9005) 2k epoxy resin coating, it is protected against damage by seawater and diluted acid. At 20°C, it has a torque constant of 1.80Nm/A and a voltage constant of 110.5 V/1000 min⁻¹, respectively. For the attachment of drive elements, this motor features an output shaft with a keyway per DIN 6885-1 and a shaft sealing ring. The drive elements compatible with this model include gear pinion, gearboxes, and couplings.
Like other MSK motors, the MSK071C-0300-FN-M1-UP2-NNNN has two autonomous temperature monitoring systems which prevent overheating - the temperature sensor and the temperature model. This motor also features a multiturn absolute optical encoder. The motor encoder has a system accuracy of ±80 angular seconds and detects the absolute indirect position of the motor within 4,096 mechanical rotations. This MSK motor model is a product in protection class IP 65 per; thus, it is completely protected against dust ingress.
