Product Description
Motors of the IndraDyn S family by Bosch Rexroth combine knowledge from previously designed models and the most recent drive technology. The result is that a group of innovative servo motors that set the standard for others in the industry is formed. A class of motors in this family is the MSK series of synchronous servo motors. They are versatile motors that feature a compact build and a high torque density.
The MSK070E-0300-NN-S1-AG0-NNAN is a synchronous servo motor in the MSK series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features a single-turn encoder with the Hiperface interface. This encoder uses the optical measurement method for a high level of precision in determining the motor’s position and speed. The maximum speed of the servo motor is 5,300 revolutions per minute, and it has a maximum torque value of 65.0Nm. It has six pole pairs and uses natural convection as its heat dissipation mechanism. In this cooling method, the elimination of heat is achieved via its transfer to the ambient air and the machine construction.
The power and encoder connectors of the MSK070E-0300-NN-S1-AG0-NNAN are designed as plug-in connectors. When they are used with ready-made cables from Bosch Rexroth, the machine can be assembled and commissioned easily and correctly. This MSK motor is equipped with a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, ensuring its quiet operation. It does this by providing a non-positive shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. Based on DIN EN 60529, the Ingress Protection category of this motor is IP 65, meaning that it is dust-proof and touch-proof. It is also enclosed in a completely sealed housing that protects it from water jets.
