Product Description
The IndraDyn S servo motors by Bosch Rexroth are designed and developed using the most advanced technology. They are characterized by high dynamics, high torque density, and high precision due to their innovative optical encoder systems. They also have a compact construction, which contributes to their improved function. These motors are used in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics. The different motors in the series differ based on their driving power and interfaces.
The MSK070E-0300-NN-M3-UP1-NNNN is a model of the synchronous motors in Bosch Rexroth’s MSK series. It is equipped with an optical multiturn absolute encoder with the Hiperface interface that controls the motor’s speed and position. Its system accuracy is +/- 80 angular seconds. The encoder has a data memory that stores the motor name, control loop parameters, and other motor parameters. This data memory allows for the quick and easy startup of the motor and its safe adaptation to its drive control unit.
The two electrical connections of the MSK070E-0300-NN-M3-UP1-NNNN are standard, and they include a power connector and an encoder connector. The power connector has additional connections for the temperature sensor and the holding brake. The temperature sensor protects the motor from damage by thermal overload, and the holding brake holds the axis when the motor is in a de-energized state. This motor also has a shaft with a keyway and radial shaft sealing ring. The radial shaft sealing ring is a friction seal that prevents liquids from entering the motor through its shaft. The recommended environmental conditions for the motor’s optimal function are a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 95%.
