Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is known for its age-long impact in the machine industry and its numerous solutions. The Rexroth Indradyn S (MSK) motor series is one of these solutions. These servo motors have a compact construction and are characterized by high dynamics, high torque density, and high precision due to their new optical encoder systems. They can be used for a wide range of applications, including machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food and packaging machines, metal forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK070E-0300-NN-M1-AP1-NNAN is equipped with an optical multiturn absolute encoder with the Hiperface interface and a system accuracy of +/- 80 angular seconds. This encoder system permits the absolute, indirect position recording within 4,096 mechanical rotations and has a data memory to store the motor’s parameters. It has six pole pairs and a maximum speed of 5,300 rpm. It has a shaft with a keyway and radial shaft sealing ring. The radial shaft sealing rings are friction seals that keep the motor greased for its lifetime if used under acceptable environmental conditions. The motor has a bearing lifetime of 30,000 hours when operated within the given axial and radial loads.
The electrical connections of the MSK070E-0300-NN-M1-AP1-NNAN are made up of two parts, the power connector and the encoder connector, both of which are designed as plugin modules. The power connector has a connection for a temperature sensor which prevents thermal overload. Ready-made power and encoder cables from Bosch Rexroth should be used for these electrical connections. The motor should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and set up at 1000m above the mean sea level.
