Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors is a group of advanced servo motors designed with a wide power spectrum and narrow size increments. They are part of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are suitable for operations requiring a high degree of precision. The MSK motors can function as linear drives and kit motors in various machines. These include machine tools, metal-forming machine tools, foodstuff and packing machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The MSK070E-0150-NN-S2-UG0-RNNN is an MSK motor model with frame size 070 and windings code 0150. Its motor encoder is a single-turn optical encoder with EnDat 2.1 with a system accuracy of ±20 angular seconds. This enables the recording of the absolute indirect position of the motor within one mechanical rotation. The maximum torque of this motor is 70.0Nm, and it has a thermal time constant of 32.0 minutes. It employs natural convection in heat dissipation; hence it is a self-cooling motor. There are six pole pairs present in this motor, and the moment of inertia of the rotor stands at 0.00458 kgm2. In addition, it can reach a maximum speed of 2,200 revolutions per minute and conduct a maximum current of 25.6A.
Like other MSK motors, the MSK070E-0150-NN-S2-UG0-RNNN has a black (RAL9005) 2K-Epoxy coating, which protects it against damage by alkaline solutions, sewage, and current mineral oil. For the mounting of drive elements, it features an output shaft with a shaft sealing ring. With an in-built temperature sensor and temperature model, the motor is protected against thermal overloading. Its sound pressure level is less than 75dB(A), and the maximum ambient temperature allowed for its efficient operation is 40°C.
