The synchronous servo motors of the MSK series are designed to be used as rotary main and servo drive motors. They are also used to build innovative drive systems like the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system due to their enhanced flexibility and high performance.

The MSK070D-0300-NN-S1-UG0-NNNN is an MSK servo motor model in the IndraDyn S family. It features a single-turn absolute encoder with an Hiperface interface. This encoder provides relevant signals to the drive controller of the motor and works with the optical measuring principle. It allows the recording of the motor’s absolute, indirect position within one mechanical rotation, thereby eliminating the need for separate incremental encoders. The maximum torque of this motor model is 52.5Nm, and its maximum speed is 4,900 revolutions per minute. It has six pole pairs and a rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.00375 kgm2. The maximum current required for the operation of this motor is 33.0A, while its thermal time constant is 23.0 min.
