Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors are one of Bosch Rexroth's IndraDyn S motors. These motors are advanced, dynamic products that reflect the latest development in the automation industry. They feature new optical encoder systems, enabling them to be used for operations that require a high degree of precision. The MSK motors are used in machine tools, metal-forming machine tools, foodstuff and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines. In these applications, they can function as rotary main drives, linear drives, rotary servo drives, or kit motors.
The MSK070D-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN is a synchronous motor in the MSK series. It has a winding inductivity of 6.000mH and can operate with a maximum current of 33.0A. It is enclosed in a prime black coat which offers protection against damage by seawater and diluted acids. At 20°C, its torque constant value is 1.75Nm/A. Also, it features a 240° rotatable plug for the connection of the integrated encoder to a power supply. This motor is equipped with a shaft that has a shaft sealing ring, allowing a non-positive, shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. In addition, it has a thermal time constant of 32mins and bearings with a service lifetime of 30,000 operating hours.
Like other models in this class, the MSK070D-0300-NN-M3-UP0-NNNN is a self-cooling motor; hence, the heat generated during its operation is reduced via natural convection. It features a motor encoder that saves data such as the motor type name, the control loop parameters, and the motor parameters. The stored data facilitates the fast and easy booting of the motor. The motor also has six pole pairs, and its sound pressure level is rated to be less than 75dB(A).
