Product Description
The MSK synchronous motors are versatile and highly-efficient servo motors produced by Bosch Rexroth. They can easily be distinguished by their compact construction and high torque density. These motors are used as rotary main motors, linear drives, and kit motors. They are also components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, designed with a wide power spectrum and narrow size increments. Some of their typical applications are seen in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, metal forming tools, and food processing and packaging machines.
The MSK070D-0300-NN-M3-UG1-NNNN is an MSK servo motor of frame size 070. It is equipped with a 23Nm holding brake, which is electrically released, and holds the servo axis when the machine is de-energized. At maximum efficiency, the motor operates at a speed of 4,900 revolutions per minute and a torque of 52.5Nm. It features an output shaft with a sealing ring, enabling the attachment of various drive elements such as a gearbox, gear pinion, and couplings to the motor. Also, the sealing ring employed here is highly resistant to damage by oils and minerals.
A temperature sensor and temperature model are built into the MSK070D-0300-NN-M3-UG1-NNNN. Both systems operate autonomously and are employed in monitoring the motor's temperature. The motor-warning temperature and motor-disconnection temperatures for the model are 140°C and 150°C, respectively. Its encoder is a multi-turn encoder with a Hiperface interface and 16 signal periods. This encoder permits the recording of the absolute, indirect position of the motor within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The installation of this motor should be done at a maximum height of 1000m above sea level. According to EN 60529, its protection class is IP 65.
