Product Description
The MSK070D-0150-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN synchronous motor features a 23Nm holding brake. This holding brake works on the electrically releasing principle. The Bosch Rexroth product has a length code of D. The device is cooled by natural convection. The unit supports operation at a maximum temperature of 55°C. Its drive controller must be programmed prior to the startup process so that the motor executes the application-specific functions. The motor is not designed to be used underwater. The product has an IP 65 degree of protection according to EN 60034-1 specifications. The device can trigger dangerous movements of the drive controller due to wrong or improper cable connection or wiring.
The product encompasses a plain shaft that renders very quiet running and a backlash-free force-fit shaft hub connection. The device features a radial shaft sealing ring that is designed as per DIN 3760, Version A specifications. This sealing ring functions like an abrasive seal and is greased for life. The actually acting radial force of the unit must never exceed the maximum permissible radial force. Its shaft sealing ring must never come in permanent contact with gearbox oil. The fixed bearing of this motor is susceptible to damage if the axial force exceeds the maximum specified limit.
The device is associated with a 0150 winding code. The unit is integrated with an EnDat 2.1 multiturn absolute optical encoder with 2,048 signal periods. It is recommended to connect self-supported drive elements to the motor shaft through axially compensating couplings. The holding brake in this product has a voltage rating of 24V +/-10%. The device uses the holding brake to secure the axes at standstill and prevent bodily injury. The unit is supposed to be stored in a sun-protected environment. It must be handled using cranes with loop lifting straps. This motor comes with a warranty backup for one year and can be shipped internationally.
