Product Description
The MSK070C-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RSNN is a new generation industrial motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate as a durable source of kinetic energy for industrial production and processing machines. This synchronous motor is designed according to the international quality standards if it features a housing unit that meets the IP65 protection class and allows it to operate in industrial conditions considered unfavorable for convectional industrial motors. The MSK070C-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RSNN motor is also a brushless motor; it operates with reduced noise, higher flexibility, and efficiency, allowing the motor to meet the operational requirements of highly sophisticated industrial machines. Under normal operating conditions, this industrial motor is perfectly safe; however, the operation of the motor with the wrong configurational parameters can cause it to move dangerously in the industrial servo system.
The MSK070C-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RSNN industrial motor is supplied with a durable flange that allows industrial operators to install the motor into the IMB5, IMV1, and IMV3 mounting positions depending on the preferences of the operator. The operation of this motor depends on the increase in the housing and winding temperature of the motor; for example, at a motor housing temperature of 60 kelvin, the continuous current of the motor is about 8.2 amperes while its output torque is about 13-newton meters, however, at a motor winding temperature of 100 kelvin, the continuous input current used by this controller is 9.2 amperes while the continuous output torque is about 14.3-newton meters.
The MSK070C-0300-NN-M2-UP1-RSNN industrial synchronous motor also features a compact design that facilitates the easy dissipation of the heat generated by the motor during operation. All parts of this motor must be regularly cleaned to prevent the build-up of small solid particles, which can affect the smooth operation of the motor.
