Product Description
The MSK060C-0600-NN-S1-UG0-NSNN synchronous servomotor offered by Bosch Rexroth has a standard and Ex design according to device group II, EN 60079 specifications. This motor must not be worked on when it has a hot surface and should be allowed to cool down for at least 140 minutes. The functions of this product can get adversely affected due to excessive dust, chips or dirt. The cooling fins of the device are meant to be cleaned at regular intervals for sufficient heat emission. Its bearings feature a reduced lifetime when the motor is operated at an extremely high temperature resulting in decomposition of the bearing grease.
The motor has to be used only with spare parts, accessories and cables that have the manufacturer’s approval. The connecting cables of the product are supposed to be checked for damage at periodic intervals and replaced if needed. The device is likely to portray a running noise if it has foreign bodies inside it or the bearing is damaged. The unit has chances of not running if the related drive controller is at fault or it has a missing voltage supply. It has to be made sure that any work on the motor is done only after it is dismounted from the machine.
The product installation must be carried out only as per the regulations mentioned in the documentation. The device cannot be used for applications that are not specified by the manufacturer. This unit has an additional grounding connection and a flushing connection with a blind plug on its housing. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C with derated performance. The motor features a relative air humidity ranging between 5% and 95% and absolute air humidity from 1g/m3 to 29g/m3 during operation. This servomotor has a warranty period of one year and is dispatched in custom military-grade packaging.
