Product Description
The design of the MSK group of motors by Bosch Rexroth reflects the company’s legacy of innovation and excellence. They are powerful servo motors with a high torque density and are well-suited for high dynamics operations. They are used as servo drive motors and rotary main motors in various applications, including machine tools, printing, and paper processing machines, food packaging and processing machines, metal-forming machines, and robotics.
The MSK060C-0600-NN-M2-UG1-RSNN is an IndraDyn S servo motor of the MSK series. Its maximum torque is 24.0 Nm with a maximum current of 38.0 A and a top speed of 6,000 revolutions per minute. With its optical multiturn absolute encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and 2048 increments, the drive controller can control its speed and monitor its position. The encoder has a system accuracy of ± 20 angular seconds and permits recording the motor’s absolute indirect position within 4,096 mechanical rotations. This MSK servo motor model also features an electrically released holding brake whose holding torque value is 10 Nm.
Bosch Rexroth also designed the MSK060C-0600-NN-M2-UG1-RSNN so that it has a compact size that makes it easy to install. It uses plug-in connectors such as its power connector and encoder connector. Machine elements to be driven are connected using a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring. The protection class of this motor is IP 65 according to DIN VDE 0470, so it is dustproof and completely protected from shock. It is also impermeable to water jet. The ambient temperature required for its optimal operation is between 0 degrees C and 40 degrees C, while its highest relative air humidity is 95 %.
