Product Description
Beyond keeping up with the latest drive and motion technology trends, Bosch Rexroth sets new standards with its revolutionary products. These include servo motors, gearboxes, converters, inverters, and even whole drive systems. The MSK family of servo motors are powerful motors by the company ideal for applications including robotics, machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, food processing and packaging machines, and metal forming machines.
The MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-UG0-NSNN is a model of the Bosch Rexroth’s MSK series of servo motors. It has a frame size indicated as 060 and a frame length of C. By design, it is cooled by natural convection. It features an optical multiturn absolute encoder with a Hiperface interface and 128 increments. The encoder’s system accuracy is ±80 angular seconds, and it records the absolute, indirect position of the motor within 4,096 mechanical motor rotations. The data memory of this optical encoder stores helpful information like the motor type name, control loop parameters, and motor parameters. These enhance the rapid startup of the motor and its safe adjustment to its compatible drive controller.
With its standard plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, the MSK060C-0600-NN-M1-UG0-NSNN can be connected to machine elements to be driven. It is built with a high resistance to thermal overload as heat generated within it is effectively transferred to the ambient air. Its top speed is 6,000 revolutions per minute, and its maximum torque is 24.0 Nm. During its operation, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 0oC and 40oC and the relative air humidity at a maximum of 95%. Its housing is protected against the ingress of solids and liquids; hence it has an IP 65 rating.
