Product Description
The MSK060B-0300-NN-M1-UP1-NNNN synchronous servomotor is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Indramat. The design and implementation are in accordance with the EU low voltage directive 2006/95/EC, while offering superior performance in terms of torque production, precision and reliability.
The motor weighs 5.7kg and features a standard housing design. The shaft-type is equally of standard type: smooth and optimized for efficient rotation. It has a flange size of 116mm and a centering diameter of 95mm, corresponding to its size code of ‘060B’. Also, based on its winding code of ‘0300’, it has the following performance specifications under the 60K over-temperature testing criteria: A continuous standstill torque of 5.0Nm, which it can deliver at start (0 min-1 speed), and a maximum permissible torque of 15.0Nm. The maximum speed for this motor is 4800min-1, and it has a thermal time constant of 16mins. As regards loading, it has a rotor moment of inertia of 4.8×10-4 kgm2. This allows it to support loading and peripherals with moments of inertia of about 4.8×10-3 kgm2 at maximum, for good performance. For cooling, it uses the natural convection method, which also depends on the ambient air. The recommended ambient temperature for operating this motor is within the range of (0-40)℃; however, based on its ‘class F’ thermal protection category (T.C.L. 155 according to EN 60034-1), it can safely be operated to a maximum of 145℃. For accuracy in positional feedback, it uses a multi-turn absolute Hiperface optical encoder with 128 signal points. The motor has no holding brake and features 2400 rotatable electrical connectors for the power and optical encoder output cables.
In general, this motor offers good speed-torque characteristics and a long lifespan. This makes it a cost-effective choice for simple automation operations requiring high torque density, and minimal maintenance.
