Product Description
The MSK series of servomotors from Rexroth Bosch Indramat are designed to offer versatility across many industrial applications, ranging from robotics to food processing automation. There is a further option for customization, to improve compatibility with a specific process. The MSK060B-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN is a custom model of this series of motors, and it is suitable for applications requiring good torque-density of up to 15Nm at maximum, for a motor weighing 5.7kg.
The motor is 231mm long, with a flange size of 116mm and a centering diameter of 95mm. It has a standard MSK motor design as indicated by the ‘NNNN’ code. The shaft is designed with a keyway and key according to DIN 6885-1, as well as, with sealing rings for extra load fastening/lock. However, it does not come with a holding brake. It is can withstand high temperatures of operation, up to 145℃ This is designated by its thermal class F protection (EN 60034-1), along with dust and water proofing according to IP65 protection (EN 60034-5). While it supports overtemperature, it is recommended for operation within the (0 – 40)℃ ambient temperature range. This is to ensure that its natural convection cooling policy is fully operational. In terms of performance: It can offer a continuous torque at standstill of 5Nm, and a maximum speed of 4800min-1. The motor comes with an optical encoder: a multiturn-absolute Hiperface with 128 signal periods. This ensures an improved accuracy in positional relay to the drive controller. Also, it features electrical connectors for the power cable and optical encoder output. These connectors are top-mounted and 2400 rotatable, to allow for flexibility in installation and operation.
Finally, the MSK060B-0300-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN is rugged, portable, reliable and efficient, as expected of a Rexroth motor.
