Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a production automation expert committed to greatly simplifying a wide range of industrial processes. This reflects in the user-friendly and cost-efficient nature of their systems, including the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. The IndraDrive automation system is ideal for single-axis and double-axis drive and control tasks and was designed with loads of unique advantages. Some of them include scalability, open communication, and intelligent technology functions. The MSK or IndraDyn S motors are a series of synchronous servo motor models compatible with drives of the Rexroth IndraDrive system.
The MSK050C-0300-NN-S1-UP1-NSNN, an MSK model, has a frame size of 050 and a frame length typed as C by Bosch Rexroth. It has a winding code 0300 and is equipped with an integrated single-turn optical encoder with Hiperface. This encoder gives the motor a very high degree of precision in speed control and determination of the motor position. It also aids quick and easy startup of the motor with its data memory that stores relevant information like the type name of the motor, its motor parameters, and control loop parameters.
An electrically releasing holding brake is present in the MSK050C-0300-NN-S1-UP1-NSNN for holding the motor axis when the machine is de-energized. The holding brake has a holding torque value of 6 Nm. The motor is also equipped with an electrical connector that is rotatable up to 240o and a shaft with a shaft sealing ring and keyway, according to DIN 6885-1. Enclosed in a compact housing, it is dust-resistant and impenetrable to solid objects and sprays from water jets. The coating of this housing is also resistant to chemicals like dilute acids and alkaline solutions, sewage, seawater, and mineral oils.
